Section 2. That orders be drawn on the city treasurer for thy:

be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the general fund of the
city treasurer for the payment of the following claim: ---
To W.H.Frost for the construction of brick sidewalk as per itemized
statement dated July l3th.19071and now on . file with the city clerk -69,8.28
Section 4. That scrip for - such amount as mentioned in section 3 of

the estimate of the city engineer dated and filed with the city clerk
July 15th.1907.
Section 6. That scrip for . such amount as mentioned in Section 5 of
this ordinance be drawn on the city treasurer,said scrip to be made pay-
able on or before September 15th,.190?,and drawing 6 per cent interest.
