Be it Ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the sum of

Section � That orders be drawn on the City Treasurer for the payment
of h -
Section 3- That the sum of One hundred eighty nine and 52/1-00--
($189.52) dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the gener-
al fund of the city treasurer fore the payment of the following claim: --
To W.H.Frost for the construction of sidewalk as per itemized state-
ment dated April 15th.and now on file with the city clerk --------$189.52
Section 4. That scrip for such amount as mentioned in Section 3 of
this ordinance be drawn on the city treasur-er,said scrip to be made pay-
able on or, before 15 months from date and drawing no interest..
Section 5,.. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after It passage.
