Section 1. That no person, company or
Corporation shall exhibit, show, conduct or
carry on any circus or menagerie within the
limits of the city of Salina, Kansas,' from
and after this date, without first having ob-
tained a license therefor from the `city ,and
paying therefor the following charge or .
license, to -wit: For a circus or menagerie,
One hundred ($100,04) dollars pet day; fora
circus and menagerie, two hundred fifty
($250.00) dollars per day.

in ordinance No. 795 providing for the pro
curing and granting of such -.license are
hereby incorporated in and made a part. of
:this ordinance in all respects as it the same
were written out in full herein.
Section 3. That sub -section 7 of section I
of ordinance No. 795 be and the same 1s
hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect
li and be in force from and after its publica-
tion once in the Salina Evening Journal.
