006 with the City Clerk of Said City,. ask7ng, the mayor and council
men of said City to make certain changes in Block 1, Bond's Addition
to the City of Salina, and to rep7at the same; and
7''hereas, it has been shown and made to appear that all the
property owners in said Block 3, 7ond's Addition to the City of
Salina, desire a chanFe of.thefrontage of certain lots in said
Block, and that the alley in said Jlock be vacated, and that 21.R
off of the west side of Fourth Street adjacent to said dock be
vacated, and that a 12 foot alley be opened across said Block,
and that a street 67 feet wide be openeO and extendeO across said
Block, and that the o7ners of said lots have released and waived
any and all right or claim for damages which may be caused by said
changes; therefore
Be it ordained by the Mayor And Councilmen of the City of
Salina:
Section 1. That it appears from the petition filed with
the city clerk of Salina. onAlijim" 1907, asking for certain
chanSes and frontage of lots in Blo I ck 32 00A Addition to the
City of Salina, that the public interest and convenience will in no-
way$ be prejudiced by the proposed changes set forth and prayed for
in said Detiti.on, and that therefore, all of the changes therein
requested and prayed for, are hereby allowed.
