Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina: -

and 68/100($5795.68) dollars be and the same is hereby apprvpriated out.
of the general fund of the city treasurer for the payment of the follow-
ing claim: --
To the Kansas Bitalithic Co. as part payment of Santa Fe A-renue pav-
ing contract as per City Engineer's estimatm,and as per. itemized state-
ment dated No*r.2nd.l906,and now on film with the city clerk. ----45795.618
Section 2. That an order be drawn on to cit -v treasurer for the
payment of the same.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force fron
