Whereas, under the provisions of Ordinance. That the cite attorney is hereby instructed to prepare a contradt with the said Kansas Bitulithic company, for the paving and �j curbing in this ordinance described, and tatthe ityiayor and city clerk are hereby authorized t -o execute such contract for and on behalf of the cit:y- of Salina.
