Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of
Section 1. That t'he sum of Nine T'housand Eight Hundred fifty;nom
and 94/100(09859.94) dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out
of the general fund of the city treasurer for the payment of the follow-
ing
To the Kansas Bitulithic Company as part payment on Uta Pe Avenue
