ORIFI NANCE AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR T10 CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR. AND COUNCILMEN OF THE CITY OF SALINA'
SECTION 1. The City Clerk having advertised uised for bids for
the construction of certain sewers as described in and provided for
by ordinance No. 1339, passed and approved October 11 1906, the City
Council hereby finds that
the lowest responsible bidder5for the construction of said sewers
and that the contract for the building and oonstruction of said sewers
described in said ordinance No. 1339 be and the I/ same is hereby let to the

and on file with I the City Clerk, which said bid and proposal is hereby
referred to, incorporated in, and made a part of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. That the City attorney is hereby directed to

sewers in accordance with the City Engineer's
plans and specifications therefor, the advertisement for bids and
proposal of said contractors and the same shall be executed by the

from and after its publication once in the Salina R'ening Journal.
