payment of the same.

and the 'same is hereby appropriated out of the general fun of the city
treasurer for the payment of the following claim: --
To B.F.Simmons for the construction of sidewalk as per itemized
statement dated oct.15th.1906,and now on file with the city clerk. 416*00
Section 4. That scrip for such amount as mentioned in section 3 of
-this ordinance b*Arawn oti the city trea5urd4r,said scrip to be Lade
paya'#le on or before 15 months from date and drawing no interest.
Section 5. That the sun of one Thousand seventeen and 62A00($10l?.fi.2
dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the general fund
of the city treasurer for the payment of the following claim: --
To' the Salina Plumbing Co.for the construction of sewer as per
ittmiztd statement dated October 15th.1906jand now on file with the City

Section 6. That scrip for such amount as mentioned in section 5
of',this ordinance be drawn on the city troasurer,said scrip to be
juade payable on or before January ist.1907,and to draw 6 �4 interest*
