Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the Cite of Salina.
ect:ion 1. That the following describes). se�r�rers be built in the City'
of 7alina, to -crit:
A store. ,4�ate selnrer on Iron Avenue commencing at the man -hole ten
flni feet west of the est line sof Santa fie Avenue and extending west
to a point fifteen. (18) feet vest of the east side of College :Avenues a
Distance of twenty-nine hundred ninety-four (2994) Feet.
The first section of said se;rr r from the point of begtinning to the
center of Eighth Street shall. have a clear diarn.eter sof twenty-four (24)

The second section of said sewer fm the center of Eighth. Street to
the center of Eleventh Street shell have a clear diameter sof t''Ienty-one
(21) inches, distance: eleven hundred nineteen (11.19) feet.
The third section of said sewer from the seater of Eleventh Street
to Cs>l e e Avenue shall have a claar diameter of eighteen (1 8) inchesp
oIi.stance t.rvel,ve hundred sixty-five (1.265) :Feet.
The aver age depth: of the excavation for said sewer 'shall -be about,
ezE-zit (a) feet. Said server to have four () new catch -basins, large size$

Section. 3. That the said. City Clerk is hereby autho .tzed and
directed to advertise for "bids for the construction of said sewers, raids
to be received by the Cite Clerk until eight Oclock p.Nr. can the/.rth.

Lov;est responsible bidder for the construction of such sewers, provided
that the r'V Y Council reserve the right to reject any and all, bids which
