wAk?e or cause to be made special repairs not rendered necessary by the
ordinary or usual use of said pavement as a roadway or faulty materials
or worlananship at the prices specified in the general specifications for
such naving on file with the city clerk; said repairs to be made by said
Katsas Bitulithie company when retlyired by the mayor and council of said
city within thirty (30) days, or such further time as the mayor and com-
oil mav specify, after the city clerk shall have mailed, by registered
letter, a copy Of the order of said rtayor and council rpquirir-r sai re-

city, -Missouri; Provided, furthert that where excavations are made in the
pa-Tement, by the direction or with the consentof said mayor and council,
