each of the lots and parts of lets hereinafter describad, a spit ial tax,
-fear the purpose of paying the oust of repairing and constructing certain
sidewalks abutting said property by the city of Salina between they 27th,
day of July,.1005,and the 20th.day of Augustfl306, in the various sins set
