Be it ordained by the Mayor and the Council of the

City of Salina,,

No one shall do -electric wiring or gas piping Or scall
make any rep 3.r ar adelit tans to electric Tiring or gas piping
without first obtaining a license from the City Clerk,,,w 1
u Sec. 2. `
The person. or Company obtaining such a license shall pay
the City of Salina 6.00 per annum for such license.
Sec. 3.
No license shall be Issued for less than one year, and
shall not be transferable.
Sec. 4.
The license of an individual or Company shall cover the
employees of such individual or Company.
Sec. 5.
The a lication for license shall be accompanied by the
annual fee of �4J and by a surity mond o •CC+;s Snell

to the extent of the bondI the bond shall be approved by the City

Sec. 7.
The bond shall corer the safe and proper installation of
electric wiring and gas piping according to the rules of the
National Board of Fire Underwriters, and the rules of the Company
with vhose system the electric wiring or gas piping is to be
connected,

Wiring or gas piping unless such bill iss accompanied by such
Certificate of Inspection..
Sec. 15. /.Y-.
The Company with whose system such electric wiring or gas
piping is to be connected shall not be obliged to maki ,such
connection unless such electric wiring or Bass piping conforms with
the ruless.of the National Board of Fire Underwriters and the
rules of the Company with whose system the same is to be connected.
