Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina:
Section I., That each and all of the following described sidewalks

to bethrown out and removed where the owner
or owners thereof fail and refuse so to do be-
fore
that date, and shallas soon as practicable,
after the said IS day ofFA�K $'cause such side-
walks to be rebuilt, and reconstructed in front
of, along and adjacent to all or any of the
promises described in section lhereof, whose
owners fail to rebuild and reconstruct said
walks as required by this ordinance and shall
report its proceeding, together with the length
of walk so built and constructed, and the actu-
al expense thereof, to the city council.
