An ordinance rolatiAg to the sale and delivery of milk in the city
of Sal inao.
Be it ordained by the or and CouAcilnon of the city of Salixa**
Section 1, That whosoevor in the city of Salina,shall knowingly
sell to any person or persons or selldeliver or bring to be manufactur*4
to any cheese or -butter factory in this city any mlk diluted with watter
or in any way
adulterated, or milk from
which
any cream
has
been
taken,or
milk commonly
known aw skimmed milkor
shall
keep back
any
part
of milk
known as strIppings with intent to defraud,or shall knowingly sellmilk
the prvduct of a diseased animal or animals,shall upon conviction th*reof
be fixed in a sum not loop than Twenty five dollars nor more than On*
hundred dollars.
Section 21 This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication once in the
