An ordinance providing for the curbing and paving of the alley between
Fifth street and Santa Fe avenue from the south line of lots
numbered 116 on Fifth street and 115 on Santa Fe avenuej�n the
city of Salina, south to Walnut street.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina:
Section 1. That that portion Of the alley between Fifth street
and Santa Fe avenue from the south line of lots numbered 115 on Santa Fe
avenue and 116 on Fifth street south to Walnut street in the city of
Salim, Kansas, be paved and curbed as hereinafter provided.
Sec. 2. That the paving and curbing herein provided for shall
be done in strict accordance and compliance with the original plans and
specifications therefor made by the city engineer of said city of Salim
and now on file with the city clerk.
See. 3. That the contract for such curbing and paving be and
is hereby let to A - V � - - - -4
at and for the price or prices named in 91'e"Proposal for such
work now
on file with the city clerk.
See. 4. That the city attorney be and he is hereby instructed
to prepare a written contract between said city of Salina and said
contractors, the work embnaced in M ordinance and as rakiz de-
scribed and def ined in the city en,,-ineqe54-eplans and specif ications above
referred to, which contract shall be executed on the part of the city
by the mayor and city clerk and by said contractoigon$*Spart.
Sec. 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication one the Sa--'Lina Evening Journal.
