An ordinance providingo the curbing and paving of Tenth street in

the city o Salina, Kansas, between Iron Avenue and Walnut
street.
Be it ordained by the mayor and councilmen of the city of Salina:
Section 1. That that portion of Tenth street between Iron ave-
nue and Walnut street, in the cityof Salina, Kansas, be paved and curbed
as herein provided.
Sec. 2. That the paving and curbing herein provided for shall be
done in th e manner and of the material provided and descrilbed in the
plans and specifications therefor of the city engineer now on file with
he city clerk. 0
Sec. 3. That the contract for such paving and curbing be and
it is hereby let to
at and for -the price or prices named in-jyj'Z proposal cYor such work now
on file with the city clerk.
Sec. 4. That the city attorney be and he is hereby instructed
to repare a written contract between the said city of Salina and said
contractor for the work embraced in this ordinance and as described and
defined in the city engineer's plans and specifications above referred
to which contract shall be executedon +-be part of the city by the mayor
and city clerk and by said contractorvon)rZart.
Sec. 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication one n the Salina Evening Journal.
