1247 Sewer SpecificationsOIMINANCE N0. 1247.
An ordinance providing for' the change of the size of a certain sewer in
the city of Salina, Kansas.
Be it, ordained by the Mayor and Councily en of the city of Salina.:
Section 1. That the size of the surer provided for in sub -section
offie of section one of Ordinance No. 1222, being the sewer in the alley
between Fourth and Fifth streets and running from Ash to South street, in
the city of Salina, Kansas, be changed and increased from twelve to
fifteen inches.
Sec. 2. That in consideration of such change and increase in.
the size of said severer, the city of Salina hereby agrees to pay to the
Salina Pluinbing Company, the contractor constructing said sewer, the
difference in price of forty and one-half centsper-lineal foot, or the
total price for such 'sewer of $1.57 3/2 per running foot, as per the bid
of such contractor on file with the city -clerk.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be inforce from
and after its publication once in the Salina Evening Journal.
