Be it ordained by -the Mayor and Councilmen of the. city of Salina.--

following described lots and parts of lots in -the city of Salina, Kansas,
to -wit.
Lots 132,/134, 1363 138, 174, 176, 17e,.180$ 1.82, 184 and 186 on
Seventh stre,ot ,
be and they are hereby condemned ab..,out of repair and unfit for public
travel, and that the same be repaired and put in proper condition, as
herein provided.
See, 2 That the owner or owners of each of the several lots and
parts of -lots described in section one hereof be and. they are hereby
required to level raga, , repair and rebuild the same in a manner satisfac-
tory to the committee on. sidewalks, of the city council on . or before the:
