An ordinance providing for the condemnation, removal and reconstruction
of certain sidewalk in the city of Salina, Kansas.
.Be. it,. ordained by_ the Mayor and Counc-11men of the.-city.of Salina; --
Section I. That each and all of the following described sidewalks
in the city of Saline., .Kansas, to-wit.4, the irtralk In front of Lot No. 130
od Seventhstreet*, the walk in front of lots 122, 124, 126.and 128 on

be, and they are hereby condelmned as. worn out worthless and unfit fo',
repair, and 'that such �ralks be removed and reconstructed as provided for
in this ordinance'.
cc. 2., That the ovmer or owners of each of the several lots and
parts of lots, descrIbed in section .one hereof be and they are hereby re-
quired , :to remove the sidewalks condqnmed hereby and to reconstn:ct the

Sec. 3. The sidewalk -herein providedfor shall be of even, grade
throughout,:tp-.be determined by the,,cit�y engineer, and shall be built of
