An ordinance providing for the condemnation, removal and reconstruction
sof certain sidewalk in the city of Salina, Kansas..
Be i t, ordained by the Mayor, and Councilmen of the city of Saline.: --
Section 1.. That each and all of the following_ described side,�Palks
an parts of sidewalks in the city of Salina, to -wit: the talk -in front of
and adjacent to lots numbered 13 and 14:on Park street in Weaver's a,ddi,
io.n; lot numbered 90 on Seventh street, original plat,.and the south
side of lot numbered 4:8 on Third street, original plat, be, and t'riey,are
' herebir conderrined as , worn out, worthless and unfit for repair -and that said
walks be removed, rebuilt and reconstructed as provided in this ordinance.
Sec. 2. That the owne=r or owners of each of the several lots and
pa,rts'of"-ots described. in section 1 hereof be and they are hereby re-
quired to remove the sidewalks condemned in said section 1, on or'before

arid, re-naov ed. -where tho owner or owners thereof fail and refuse so' to do
before that date,'and shall as soon as practicable after the said
