Be it-ordhined by,�theMayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina:
Section 1. That the 'ovmer or owners of any and alll-real- estate

to YValnut street; on the south side of Ash street from the Ash street
bridge. t* east to Penn avenue; on -the north side of Ash street from Penn
avenue.east- t,o Columbia avenue, and 'on theeastside of 'Colurribia.avenue
between Ash street, and Johnstown avenue.,, all in Salina, Kansas, are.
hereby required to construct, or cause to be constructed, on or before
