See 11. That orders be drawn-on the city treasurer.for the payment
of
Sec.111. That the sum of One Hundred seventy one and 74AO0(17,1.74)
dollars be. and 'the same is hereby appropriated out `of any funds,in the
hands of the city treasurer for the payment of the following claim;
To C.T.SNyder for the construction of brick sidewalk as per itemized
statement dated March 19th.1904 and now on file with the city clerk $171.74
Sec.1V. That scrip for such amount as mentioned in Sec-3 of this
.drdinance,be d.rakn om the city treasurer,said scrip to.be made payable on 3§
or before 1_months after date and drawin no interest.
Sec.V.. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
