street and the north thirty (30) feet of Lots numbered 21 on Fifth' street
and 22 on, Fourth street, be and. the same .,is. here:blr vacated: Provided,
hoTrever , and this vacation is upon this express condil'..ion, .that the said
city of Salina shall have the. right at all .:tir_ies to use, ; for an alley or
