Be it ordained by the Mlayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina:

Sec.111, That the sum of Four hundred nine- and 77/100($409.77) -dollars
be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the 'Hands of
the city treasurer for the payment of the following claire:------
To C.T."nyder for the construction of sidewalk as per itemized state-
ment darted Dec.21st.1903,and now on file with the city clerk. -----$409.77
Sec.1V, That, scrim for such amount mentioned in section 3. of this ord—
inance be drawn on the city treasurer,said scrip to be mace payable on
or before 15 months after date and drawing no interest.
Sec.V,OP This ordinance shall take eff-ect and be iri force frozn.and after
its
