Be. it ordained by the YAyor and Councilmen of the city of Salina: -- 1 (j Section 1. That the sidewalk in front of Lots 17, 18, 19, 26, 21 and 22,, in Block -5, on North street, Depot addition, the south half' of lot 152ruid, lot 154 on.Eighth street, in the city of Saline., be and the. sarne are I loreby condenrined as worn out, worthless and unfit for repair, ttnd th.,-:t such sidewalk be removed and recon.structed as provided in this o r d_jrar_ q q Sec. 2. That the ownersof each of the several lots and parts of lots above described be and they are hereby required to remove the %,ralkz condemned by section one hereof and to reconstruct the same, as provided In this ordinance, on or before the; ^day of 1190.3 - Sec . 3. The side-�;ralk herein provided for shall be of even, gradc throughout to be determined by the city engineer, ineer, and shall be, built in strict accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1038 of the printed ordinancesof the cit -NI, of Salina, which said Ordinance No. 1038 is hereby Made a'nart of this ordinance.
