An ordinance vacating a certain street•'in .the city of Sal ina,Kan sas.
Be it ordained by the Mayor. and Councilmen of the city of Salina:
Sec.l, That the street running North East from Gypsum Avenue to Ohio
East Salina
Avenue and .separating Block one and two in Phillip's '...Addition-to the
city of Salina,Kansas,be and the same is hereby vacated,annulled and dis-
continued .
Sec.11, That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force , from and
after its publication once in the Salina Evening Journal'.
