An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen oR the city of Saline,
Section 1, That the stun of Three hundred two and 75/100 Q302.75)Dollars
be end the same is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the hand of
the c1ty treasurer for the payment of the following claim. -
To C.T.Snyder for constructing brick sidewalk in said city as per itemized
statement dated November 17th.1902,and now on file with the city clerk.
$302.75
Section 11, That scrip for such amount payable on or before 15 months
after date,hnd drawing no interest,be drawn on the city treasurer in
payment of said claim.
Section 111, That this ordinance take effect and be in force from,ar_d
after its pasage.
