An ordinance to amend Section 6 of Ordinance No.921, being "An o&dinance
to Prohibit the sale and barter of ,intoxicating l gquors. and to prohibit
and suppress places where intoxicating 1bquor~s are sold b.arted ane? giver.
Be it ordained by the Ziayor and Councilmen of the city,of Salina, .
Section 1, That section 6 of ordinance No.921 shall be�amGA ed to read+
as i'oll.ows:-- Section 6, -Ani(person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
before the Police Court for such offense be fined do any sum n less than
Fifty Dollars nor More than One Hundred Dollars and shall be a udged to
pay the cost of prosecution -and stand committed to the city pricon..until .

Section 11, That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
