An o-dinance making an appropriation for the payment of certain claiz?s.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the city of Salina, Kans.
Section 1, That the slum of Three Hundred twelve and 99 100
Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of. any funds in the YXn
]sands of the city treasurer for the payment -of the following claims.
To C. T. Snyder for construction brivk sidewalk as per itemized statement
dated Juni 16th.190`-'.,and now on file with the city clerk.--------$Z-l2.99
Section Il, 'That, scrip for such Prnount payable on or before 15 months
after data and dray,,ring no interest,be drawn on the city treasurer in pay
ment of such appropriation.
Section ill,, That, this ordinance taI<:e effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
