Section 1, That the sin of One Hundred thirty five and 46

Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of 'any funds in the
hands of the city treasurer for the payment of the following claims:---
To C. T. Snyder for construction of brick sidewalk as per itemized
statement dated April 21st.1902,and now on file with the city clerk4ll2.,D6
To William Patterson for construction of brick sidewalk as per :tem
