Section 1.:. That. Section 3 of .Ordinance. No.. 725, entitled An
ordinance fixing and :regulating `the use- of sewers bir.priva.te individuals
in the City of .Saline,, Kansas, 11 passed, and approved November 25;..,1889,
be, amended so as to,. read .as, follows: "Sec . 3. ?To person shall be .employ-
ed to construct private sewers or their accessories to be connected with
the public-sewers, or • to r�a:kP an,r, connect ion wit}r the '•public sewers of .
said cit;;, unless the party, corporation�.or company so employed-shall be
regularly licensed- therefor by the Cor=1itt:ee., on Sewerage and Drainage of
