Section 1. That the Mayor and Council of said city ,ceruse to be

Sec. 3. That the city attorney be and he is hereby instructed
to prepare a contract for the building of said sewer with said Salina
Pluz,jtbing Co in accordance -\�rith,the provisions of, this ordinance and the
specifications of the said city engineer.'
S&c. 4. That this ordinance take effect and be in force from and
after its publication once in the Salina DC77-ily Republican -Journal.
