Be it ordained by the riairor and Councilmen of the city of Salina,Kans.
Section 1, That the sum of One Hundrec ninty eight and 50/100 (0198.550)
Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the
lands of the city treasurer for the pa.-ment of the following
To C. C. T. Snyder for construction of brick sidewalk as per itemized st:ate,-
men+ dated 1-1arch 17th.1902 and on file. with the city clerk.--- -$198.50
Section 11, That scrip for such amount payable on or before 15 months
after date and drawing no interest, be drawn on the city treasurer in
payment of such appropriation.
Section 111, That this ordinance t2.ke effect and be in force from and,
after its ;passage.
