Be it ordained, bin the Mayor and Councilmen of the Cita'. of Salina:
Section 1. That each and all of the kkAft-XkkkA.following described
sidewalks in said .city of Salina, Kansas, to --i it:: r
The south side of lots 47 and 48 and the _orth side of lot 50 on

Santa Fe avenue; the walk in front of and adjact to lots 2, 19, 21, 23,
250 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37, 39, 41, 45, the south one-r,.alf of lot
51, 53, 59, 61, 63, 65, 67, 69, 71 and 75. on Santa Fe avenue; the walk in
front of and adjacent to lots 24, 251 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32,, 33,
3.4, 35, 36 and 37 on.Santa.Fe avenue,, in.Bloek 9 of Calkin's addiction to
said city; the walk on the south side of lot 47; and on the.north side of
80, and the walk in front of and adjacent to lots 60, 62, 68, 70, 94, 96,

Sec. 5. The expense of removing and rebuilding such walks by said
committee shall be assessed against the real estate abutting thereon, and
colledted as other taxes against said real estate.
