the same is hereby condemned as worn out worthless and unfit for repair,
and thAt such walk be removed, rebuilt and reconstructed as required and"

of Salina.
Section 11,
.,That the action of the committee - aft sidewalks of the city coune,-_
oil in removing and rebuilding said sidewalk is hereby approved,confirmed
and ratified; that such work has been done in accordance with the provis-
ions of said ordinance No,1058,and that such walk as laid -under the super®
vision and directions of said committee on sidewalks is hereby approved
and accepted.;
-Section. 1,11,
That the expense of removing and rebuilding said walk by said
committee be assessed against the Real Estate abutting thereon and
kollected as - .other taxes against such Real Estate,
Section 1V,
That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after' - its .p-hbli-catiofi, once iii the "Salina Daily Republican Journal".
