Section 1". That the alley between Neeley's addition and Smith &
Colvard's addition, r�unrf ng east from Fourth street to the east line of
said Neeley's addition, in said city of Salina, Kansas, be and the same
is herebyVannulled, vacated ani. discontinued.
Sec. 2'. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its Vubli'cation once in the .Salina Daily Repu)lican-Journal.
