Be it ordained by' the Mayor and C.ounc lr!erV of 4e City of. _ .Salip�:.
Section 1. That there be and hereby is levied a special tax, in
addition to the tax for genera! revenue and other purposes, for the pur-
pose of paying for cutting weeds on certain lots hereinafter named and
described in the city of Salina, Kansas, in the several amounts set
opposite the description of the same, to -wit:
Lot 7, on State street, in University addition,------------- -$2.25

Saline .cr�unty, Kansas to be placed upon the tax_ robs for collecti.on')
sub ect to t'_e same penalties and collected in like manner: as other taxes. -
Sec. 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication once in the "Salina Daily Re.publican-
Journal . "
