Section 1, Ths.t the, sian of Seven Hundred Sixty Three and 98 100 (, X763.98
Dollars be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the
hands of .the cit; r-treasurer for the payment of the following bill:--
To Williaxl Patterson, for constructing sidewalk in said city as per iti.mi-
zed statement and voucher doted August 19th. 1901, and on file with the
city clerk of said city-----------------------------------------763.38
Section 11, That script for such amount payable on or before fifteen month
after date, and drawing no interest, be drawn on the city treasurer in
payment of such appropriation.
