appropriated out of any. funds in the hands of
the city treasurer of said citJ for the payments of the following bills.
William. Patterson for laying brick sidewalk as per itimized bill
now on file with the city clerk • (� G� b� — - ,,, �575.10
Section 11, That script for such amount payable on ur before 15 Months
after date and drawing no interest,be drawn on the city treasurer in pay-
ment of such appropriation.
Section 111, That this ordinance take effect and be- in force from and
after its passage.
