An Ordinance making an --appropriation for -the -payment of a certain= b311:
Be it ordained by the LRayor and Councilmen of the City Salina:
Section 1. That the sum of Eight. hundred tht tty-six and 42100
(836.42) Dollars be and the satae ,is hereby appropriated out of ,any funds
in the hands of the city treasurer belonging; to the general fund.and
sewer bond fund, not otherwise appropriated, for.the payment of the fol-
lowing indebtedness,of said city, to -wit:
To The Salina Plumbing Company, balance due on construction
of sewer, the same being 7 1/2 per cent of the amount
due said Salina Plumbing Co., for complete sonstruction
of such -sewer as shown_ by detailed, -verified xxa aip:rx
statement of said Salina,Plumbing.Company.filed with the
city clerk of Salina on Dec. 10,.
Sec. 21. That orders be dwan on the city treasurer for the pay
,Cent of such appropriation.
See. 3.. That this ordinance take effect afrom and after its
passage.
