An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina: --
Section 1. That the sum of One Hundred fifty-one and 20100
(151.20) Dollars be and the sdme is hereby, appropriated out of any
funds in the hands of the city treasurer of said city, for the payment
of the following claim:
To Wi11iGun Patterson, for constructing sidewalk in said city,
as per statement and Toucher, dated March 18, 1901
and on file with the rbc city clerk of said city, $151.2.0
See. 2. That scrip for such amount, payable on or before fif-
teen months after date and drawing no intarest , be drawn on the city
treasurer in payment of such apprropriation
See. 3 That this ordinance shall take affect and be in force
from and after its passage.
