An Ordinance providing for the Issuing of Improve.iient Bonds of the
City of Salina, Kansas.
Be it ordained by the: Ttiayor and Councilmen of the City of Selina:
Section 1. That the mayor and cite clerk of Salina, Kansas are
hereby autlorized and instructed to issue iiiiproverment bonds of the cite
of Salina in the si-m of Eleven Thousaund (17.000) Dollars, payable in in-
stGallzgents of equal amounts each year, none of Vihich bonds nor any of the
installments thereof shall run longer than ten years, and bearing interest
not. exceedingper cent per an from date, . interest payable se7ni-
annually=, for the purpose of paying; for the building of sewers -in said
city of Salina, Kansas, as provided by section 1 of an Act of the legis-
lature of the State of Kansas, entitled "An Act to arciend Section Two of
Chaptear 102, tree laws of 1887, being, an Act to authorize cities of the
second class to construct and i -ria intain a system of sewerage and drainage."
