An Ordinance condemning and providing for the removal and reconstruction
of certain sidewalk in the city of Salina, Kansas,
ing and confirming the acts of the Comnitt =e on Sidewalks of

Be it ordained by the. Tvlayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:

hereby condemned as �;orn out, )Worthless and unfit for repair, sand that
such Walk,:, be removed, rebuilt and reconstructed as . requia cd and provided
for by Ordinance. No . 1038 of the printed ordinances of said city of Salina.
2. That the work and action of the Corrmittee on Sidewalks of
the city couric ii in reirioving and r obuilding said sidewalk is hereby
approved, confirmed and ratified; that such wor=__ has been done in accord-
ance with the provisions of said ordinance No. 1038 and that such walk as
laid under the supervisionV and direction of said corviittee on sidewalks _
is hereby approved and accepted.
Sec. 3. That the expense of removing and rebuilding said walk

abutting thereon and shad =Yie collected as other taxes against said re,a,l.

Sec. 4. That this ordinance shall. % take effect and be in
