An Ordinance making an appropriation fot eh payment of certain bills.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and`:;..ouncilmen of the City of Salina:

Section 1. That the surd of Three Thousand seven hundred and
i ) Dollars be and the same is hereby ap-
propriated out of any funds in the hands of the city treasurer for the
payment of the following bills:
The Salina PlLzmbin6 Company )"`final estimate on sewer con-
struction, as per estimate of city engineer dated
Dec. 10, 1900, and itemized statement of account of
said- Salina Plumbing Co., both on file with'the city
clerk of said city, ----------.---------------------.__- $3278.33
William Patterson, for construction of sidewalk, as per
itemized and .verified statement of said William
Patterson now on file with the cite clerk, and Lf -
dated Dec. 17,19001 ----------------------------- €;
Sec. II. That a.n' order in the sum of $3278.33, payable on or
before ninety days after date and drawing interest at the rate of seven
per cent per annum, :be drawn on the city treasurer of Saline., Kansas, in
payment of said bill. or claim in favor of said Salina Plumbing; Co. ,ew
Sec. III.' That an order in, the sum of $, payable on or
before fifteen mcInths after date, without interest, be drawn on the city
treasurer of Salina, Kansa s, in payment of said bill or claim in favor
of said 41illiam Patterson
Se -c. IV. That this ordinance take effect and be in force from
