1055 AppropriationsAn Ordinance makin anappropriation for the payment of a certain bill.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the sum of
CDollars be and the same is hereby appropriated
out of any funds in the hands of the city treasurer of said city for
the payment of the following bill*
Salina plumbing Company,.-�-
Estimate on- sewer construe ion up to and including this
date, as per itemized claim, now on file with the city
clerkof Salina,-----------------------------------------
Sec. 2. That, sewer scrip for such amount, drawing interest
at, the rate of 7 per cent per annum from date until paid, and redeem-
able bzr the city on or before ninety days after date, be drawn on the
City treasurer in payment of, such claim..
Sec. 3. That this ordinance take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
