An Ordinanc6, creating the office of City Physician of the City of Salina,
and ,rescribing the duties and compensation of such officer.
Be it ordained by the Mayor and Councilmen of the -:City of Salina:
Sec -11, -ion 1. That it shall be the duty of the ATavor of the city of''
Salina, imriediately"Lipon the -passage, approval and publication of this

ordinance, and quorterl� therea-fter beginning on the third Tuesday of

April of each -ear, toappointa reputable practicing physician of said
cit,- to act in the capacity of and be known as the city physicizan of said

Sec. 2. Such ph% sicia,n shall be an ex -officio riember of the coir

his duties as such city physician shall be governed by the ordinances of
