Section I . Thant from and after the , it
shall. be unlawx ul. for any person or V-rsons• to enter into os, upon
the grot:.inds known as Oak Dale Park in The City of Salina, Kansas, dur-
ing the time. of any nt Y'ta:inmont being held in said park for which
a charge is made at the nates ther6of,wi'thout. perrr,ission for said
entrance from the gate-keeper 'or other person: authorized to admit
persons into said park at: such times.
Section l.Hny person violating the provisions of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of mi'sdemeanor,and upon conviction there- -
for in the,police, court,shall be fined in any, sumnot exceeding
ten dollars.
Section 3.This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from ands,
fter its publication in The Salina Daily Republican-Journal.
