Be it ordained. by' the Mayor and Cquncilinen of the city of

See. 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to keep
any cbog A ovs
er ix. ,-ieeks of age in the'eity of Salina wi thout
_,:causingsuch dog to be registered as here -in -after provided.
Sec. 2. The owner, keeper or harborer of any dog in the city of
Salina shall cause_'his name with the name and dese-ription of the
dog to be regi stered with the city clerk of the city of Salina inj,
book to be kept by him for that purpose and, shall I --)ay,. each, year
to th,e said city clerk before such dog is registered,' a registra-
tion fee of $2. for each male dog and 35. for eafj2. female dog anti
