BE IT ORD-AINFJ) by the Mayor and Councilmen of The City of Salina,
Kansas:
S'CTI ON I.That there be and is hereby,;granted to the Kansas and
Colorado, Pacific Railway Company,it I s sLccess rs'less,�es and

assigns,the right to construe t� a sidetrack in said city from
a point on the main line of its railway near the west 'side of
the alley between Fourth and Fifth Streets in said city west-
ward,along and upon, the south side of the present right of
way' of said railway„
company,across Fifth -Street,Santa Fe Ave-
nue, Seventh Street Eighth Street and the sev-
eral alleys between said streets,to a point on its main line
,of railroad, !,vt-,or near the side of. Ninth Street, s'ubj ect
hovever,.to the restrictions and conditions hereinafter set
forth and subject to such reasonable rules and regulations as
may be adopted by the mayor and council of said city.
SECTION 1.Saidrailway company shall construc4'and maintain'suita-
ble culverts and waterways where requif.'ed,and suitable and
safe crossings over said sidetrack at all streetit and all.eyf
